A Spurious Argument

THE HOMELESS

AB 2020

The California bottle bill requires recycling to be available within a certain distance from where beverage containers are sold.  Without recycling at Kezar, there would have to be recycling elsewhere in the same neighborhood.  Kezar recycling is quite likely located further from a residence than any other site in a residential neighborhood of SF as well.  Go Figure!
